KM Products was founded by the late
Kenneth Maccomber nearly 20 years ago in
Kalkaska, Michigan. Long before
environmentalism was the main-stream, Ken saw
the need to reuse those small propane cylinders
instead of throwing them in the landfill. Ken
quietly invented, tested and patented the
MacCoupler and over many years,
worked tirelessly to promote the product and
its' benefits world wide
Over the last two decades the company has grown
out of its humble beginnings in a garage in
Kalkaska, to its current distribution and
packaging facility located in Traverse City,
Michigan. This packaging facility proudly
utilizes the services of developmentally
disabled individuals. The same
MacCoupler that was once produced
in a local machine shop is now produced in an
ISO 9001 certified facility in the midwest using
the lastest in technology to produce a product
that is still Made in America.
Now KM Products has endeavored to expand
our product lines into other unique tools to
help save the environment and save our customers
